The tuition price has been really good for us, and we’re genuinely grateful to have found something that fits our budget. It’s been a big help

I was happy with how many course options they had. It wasn’t just the same basic classes you see everywhere, so it was easier to find something that actually matched my kid’s interests. I also asked support a couple questions, and they were basically like, “Here are a few that might be a better fit based on what you’re looking for,” which was helpful. Made the whole process feel less overwhelming.

The school seems okay overall, but I did have to do some digging to figure out the full costs. I wish that info was a bit easier to find upfront.

Compared to other things I’ve tried, this didn’t feel like a lot of work at all. It was easy to stay on top of, and I never felt overwhelmed trying to keep up.

My son has been doing Keystone School Online for a while now, the student support has been really helpful. Any time we’ve had a question about his classes or even just logging in, they’ve gotten back to us quickly. I always appreciate when someone explains things clearly without making you feel silly for asking, because with online school there are just a lot of little things to figure out. It’s funny, I didn’t realize how much that kind of support would matter until we needed it. Overall, it’s made the whole experience feel a lot less stressful for both of us.

I don’t know, it just felt like things weren’t fully ready yet. Like... some parts were fine, but then other moments made me feel like they were still figuring it out as they went. Not a total disaster or anything. Just kind of uneven. I was expecting it to feel more put together

I thought the orientation was going to be a little confusing, but it was easy to follow. It showed us where things were and how to get started without dumping a bunch of unnecessary info on us, which I appreciated. I liked being able to go through it at my own pace too. Overall it was a smooth start, even if I was kind of impatient at first

I’ve been happy with Keystone School Online so far. The classes are easy enough to follow, and whenever I’ve needed help, support has gotten back to me. That said, it does take more effort than I expected to keep everything organized and stay on top of the work, which can get a little frustrating. The accreditation looked legitimate at first glance, but I still decided to double-check it just to be safe. Everything seemed to line up, that gave me a lot more peace of mind in the end.

The replies just took too long, honestly. I’d send a message and then kind of forget what I even asked by the time I got a response. The service itself wasn’t terrible or anything, but the waiting around was frustrating. I get that places get busy, but yeah, faster communication would’ve made the whole experience a lot better.

My kid definitely had days where getting him to log in was a whole battle, like just a whole struggle. But Keystone’s advisor checked in with us and helped come up with a simple plan that actually felt doable. The reminders and encouragement were helpful too, not annoying or pushy, which I appreciated. Sometimes it took a bit to hear back, so I’d give it 4 stars, but overall it really did help keep him moving and staying on track.

I had to keep asking them about the update on my transcript, which was kinda frustrating. I just wish the communication had been a bit better so I didn’t have to keep checking in.

The classes themselves are fine, but the website is frustrating to deal with. It feels clunky, and it takes way too many clicks just to find assignments or figure out where something is supposed to be submitted. Sometimes pages load slowly or don’t refresh properly, which just makes the whole thing more confusing.

My kid has gotten mixed up more than once, so I’ve had to step in a lot more than I expected. On top of that, the reminders feel a bit aggressive, like we get pushed constantly even when we already know something is due. It technically works, but it’s not smooth or easy to use.

I didn’t expect much at first, but it’s been a good experience so far. The teachers usually reply quickly and keep us in the loop, which does make things easier as a parent. I can’t really complain, no major issues up to now

I’ve had a really good experience with the teachers here. They’re patient and take the time to explain things in a way my kid understands, without ever making them feel bad or embarrassed for not getting it right away. That meant a lot to me

They did help us out with accommodations, which was nice, but yeah, the replies were kind of slow. We had to follow up and remind them a couple of times, so it felt a little more back-and-forth than we expected.

I got charged twice for the same thing, that's frustrating. I get that mistakes happen, but when it's my money, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a quick response. Support did get back to me eventually, but it felt slower than it should have been.

The school is fine overall, but the assignment feedback can be short sometimes. I’d like a bit more detail on what to fix. It’s not bad, just not always that helpful
